- Microsoft Planner > free with SEND's M365. Task management for teams. Makes it easy to assign tasks and track completion by various team members.
- Microsoft To Do > free web-based to-do list that works well with Planner
- OneNote > Free with SEND's Microsoft 365. Great for storing and quickly retrieving meeting notes, projects, and web articles.
- Calendly > Calendly helps you schedule one-on-one meetings without the back-and-forth emails. It automatically figures out time zone differences for you. The free version is very adequate.
- Doodle > online scheduling tool for group meetings, giving each participant a chance to select options that work for them.
- TimeandDate.com's International Meeting Planner > Figure out what time a future meeting will be in various time zones.

- How Many Direct Reports Should You Have? How many direct reports should a supervisor have? Some say the magic number is “7”. This article says that the number depends on some organizational cultural factors such as the complexity of the work, the employee skills and experience, the acceptable error rate, the managerial experience of the supervisor, the amount of change in the environment, and the degree that you use technology to oversee projects.
