Some online tools

  • Microsoft Teams > free with SEND's M365. Chat, online meetings, integrated with Planner and other Microsoft Office products. A great way to work collaboratively online.
  • Microsoft Planner > free with SEND's M365. Task management for teams. Makes it easy to assign tasks and track completion by various team members.
  • Microsoft To Do > free web-based to-do list that works well with Planner
  • OneNote > Free with SEND's Microsoft 365. Great for storing and quickly retrieving meeting notes, projects, and web articles.
  • Calendly > Calendly helps you schedule one-on-one meetings without the back-and-forth emails. It automatically figures out time zone differences for you. The free version is very adequate.
