  • Tonight the guys will go out to a local ice cream favorite with Ron Hardy. Plan on meeting him at the MEC after dinner for a 6:30pm departure. Ladies, Don Johnson wanted me to encourage you to gather together at some time if possible to talk through the morning's material.
  • Your Day Alone with God is coming up on Thursday. At breakfast on Thursday morning you will pack a sack lunch to take with you for your noon meal. Bertha will only be preparing lunch in the MEC for the children. Some appointees choose to fast during their Day Alone with God. If you would like to do this please see me privately and I will make a note of it so Bertha knows how many people to plan on for sack lunches. I will have maps for you tomorrow or Wednesday with some ideas of places you can go if you would like to be off campus. If you want to stay on campus let me know and I will see if I can reserve an office for you.

Bring your head scarf if you have one. Tim Mindling will bring some along with him in case you need one. Men, casual pants are appropriate. Please no jeans if at all possible. Shoes will be removed when you enter the mosque. Lunch is provided for you. If you are willing to drive, please let me know.
