A workshop for SEND North Central Europe

Desired Outcomes:
- each participant will have developed a draft contribution analysis (identified their key result areas, their desired outcomes and how to measure their outcomes)
- each team will have developed their team’s annual goals
- each team will have created a system for reviewing and updating the team member’s contribution analysis and the team’s annual plans

- Session 1 (Friday evening) - Defining your Contribution
- Session 2 (Saturday morning) - Defining Outcomes
- Session 3 (Saturday afternoon) - Developing an Annual Ministry Plan for your team
- Session 4 (Saturday evening) - Follow-up and Follow-through
