First-term Reading List
The reading list below is designed to give you reading options in four important cross-cultural categories: 1) General Russia Culture/History; 2) Religion (in the context where you will serve); 3) Missiology; and 4) Healthy Teaming. Please look carefully at the table below and choose which titles will be most helpful for you. Also, please discuss what you are reading with your team L&O Coordinator, your Team Leader, and other members of your team. Over your first four years on the field, new members are expected to learn and grow by reading at least one book every six months, choosing a total of two books from each of the categories listed below:
